Nicole contacted us before we moved and sent us home listings according to what we were looking for. The appraisal process, inspections, legal work, etc. went extremely smooth. The buyers inspection had only 4 items. The Cable Group has professional people covering all construction trades on their team. They were instantly available to assist in the timely completion of each. The home was listed on a Thursday. We had 3 showings on the next day, Friday, 4 on Saturday, and 4 offers by Sunday night. The home was sold Sunday night. The closing went unbelievable smooth. Amazingly, the whole process was completed during the peak outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Purchasing a home with Nikki and Bo Cable went very smooth! They scheduled appointments quickly. We did have an unexpected issue with the house a week after moving in and didn't have the seller contact information.
